High quality early care and education nurtures and stimulates children as they build confidence and critical capacities to thrive .
The core programs of Community Partnership for Child Development follow the latest research-based techniques to assure that children and families receive the highest quality services available. Head Start, Early Head Start and the Colorado Preschool and Kindergarten Program all under CPCD serve 1,600 children and their families annually.
