Programs and Services
What a child learns and experiences from the day they are born to the day they enter kindergarten directly impacts their success in school and in life. The overall goal of CPCD programs is to assist the children to develop cognitively, emotionally, socially and physically while involving the entire family in the child’s development. This model is “cutting edge” for effective early childhood education and family program models.
CPCD’s programs operate under the framework of four cornerstones: Child Development, Family Development, Community Development and Staff Development.
- Child Development Services provide each child with an individualized, developmentally appropriate program that develops a foundation of skills that are needed for success in school and life.
- Family Development Services focus on partnering with parents and supporting in attaining their goals of self-sufficiency and providing a safe, nurturing environment in which to raise their family.
- Community Development allows us to collaborate with local agencies to advocate for and provide a broad range of services that will benefit the families.
- Staff Development is essential in providing a high-quality program that utilizes the latest and most effective techniques in child and family development programs.
