Volunteers

Volunteers are truly involved in nearly every aspect of CPCD and its programs. Last year 661 trained community volunteers donated 8,364 hours of service. Why do they do it?

As Jeff Wenzel, former CPCD Board President, once put it:

“America’s educators, scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, doctors, manufacturers and politicians of the year 2030 and beyond are in today’s preschool rooms. One will never know today where life’s journeys will take these young people. But we can be certain that without the right tools and opportunities, many life potentials will not be reached. We owe it to the children of today to provide them every advantage so they may develop their talents.”

Please help CPCD fulfill its mission by volunteering and join Jeff in making a positive contribution to the future of our children and, in turn, our country.
