How old does my child have to be for enrollment?

CPCD has three core programs:  Early Head Start, Head Start and the Colorado Preschool Program.  Pregnant women and children birth to 3 years old are eligible to enroll in Early Head Start.  In Head Start, a child is eligible as of his or her third birthday, through the time that the child goes to kindergarten (age 5).  In the Colorado Preschool Program, the child is eligible if he/she has her third birthday on or before the registration cut off date for the school district in which the child lives.
