Privacy Policy  CPCD wants you to know that your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will never sell, trade, share or reveal your personal information to our partners or any other third parties without your prior consent.

In order to better serve El Paso county families, CPCD staff may use sources such as Google Analytics to track information about visitors to this site. The purpose of this is to better understand the effectiveness of our advertising efforts. By using this web site you indicate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Security  We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or for "https" at the beginning of the web page address.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need information to perform a specific job (i.e. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. 

Refund Policy  CPCD will grant refunds upon request when appropriate. Requests for refund should include identifying information and must include name, address, dates of donation and amounts, in addition to the reason for the request.
