Our mission is to prepare children for success in school and in life by providing excellent comprehensive early childhood services in partnership with diverse
families and the community.

Not only do we provide support to our families, but we also provide for our staff members by offering tuition assistance, employee assistance programs and a full well-being programs. BENEFITS
All positions at CPCD have a minimum pay of $16/hour.
CPCD employees receive one week off at Thanksgiving, two weeks off for winter break and one week off at spring break, with additional paid time-off accrued through the school year.
We have both 12 month and 10 month employment opportunities with job attached unemployment.
