WHAT TEAM MEMBERS SAY
"I saw the opportunity to be part of the solution for the future of our world by serving our children and their families." -Shana T.
"It is a family-oriented agency. I feel that this is the first place I worked for where if you do your job and show how you are honest and dependable, then there is that kind of flexibility where you can make your job and family life balance well. Having a 7 year old, this is very important for me. I do not know how I would have made it this year, during a pandemic, if I did not work for this agency. I was able to continue to do my job from home while homeschooling my child. I have not lost my job, and I am very grateful for it." - Chiara J.
"As a family advocate I get the opportunity to help others. Helping others is a wonderful feeling and the connections I have obtained with my families have been very positive. Working for CPCD has been a positive experience for me in regards to the support I receive for myself as well as the people I help. In my department I feel like I belong to a family and that is always a great feeling." -Diana S.
"I love working at CPCD because it's not just a job. It's what we are. We are here for the children and the families." -Mei T.
